Strength (Psalm 46:1)
So I continue ’27 Lessons’* with another important word – Strength.
(*Just to explain, I turned 27 this year on 22nd August 2018. I held a birthday dinner during which each attendee was given a different word based on one of my favourite chapters in the bible – Psalms 27)
Strength
So this word “Strength” was taken taken from Psalm 46 verse 1:
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
I love this verse because it is so clear and direct, and I feel like now more than ever we need to embrace God as our Refuge – somewhere you can run to when life gets too much.
A place of protection.
His presence is somewhere we can run, His name is somewhere we can hide, and my prayer for you is that you always will…
