27 Lessons X Psalms 27: Lead

Lead – Psalm 31:3

I want to continue ’27 Lessons’* with another important word – Lead.

(*Just to explain, I turned 27 this year on 22nd August 2018. I held a birthday dinner during which each attendee was given a different word based on one of my favourite chapters in the bible – Psalms 27)

Ok, so the next word was Lead and it was taken from Psalm 31:3:

For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

My prayer here is that God would continue to lead you and guide you.

It’s not always easy to make bold choices in the face of opposition, but we must be resolute to remain with whatever God has told us.

The Word reminds us that those who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God, so by default, we have His voice leading us. I pray that you will have a steadfast confidence in the leading of the Holy Spirit, and an unshakable knowing that you are doing what pleases Him.
