Dwell – Psalm 91:1
So I continue ’27 Lessons’* with another important word – Dwell.
(*Just to explain, I turned 27 this year on 22nd August 2018. I held a birthday dinner during which each attendee was given a different word based on one of my favourite chapters in the bible – Psalms 27)
Dwell
Ok, so the next word was “Dwell” and it was based of Psalm 91:1:
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Basically, it’s a word about safety, really dwelling IN God, and not just talking, thinking or imagining it, but actually resting in God.
God is our safety and Christ is the one who safeguards us.
My prayer is that you will dwell richly in that knowledge Readers.
Get into your secret place.
Do not neglect quiet moments with God and don’t believe the lies that life often whispers at us, because you are better than that. God created you to be greater than that.
